Yes. We currently ship all orders from our UAE warehouse to almost every country in the world. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

We offer faster shipping with UPS that can vary from 3 to 7 days. Please be aware that you will most likely have to pay extra fees at customs for these methods. Gamxcite is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country or UPS. PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse to pay the fees and the package is not returned to gamxcite we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated as a regular return and your original shipping fees are not refunded Orders can be delayed by customs. Yes we do, however, we have limitations and cannot ship large or bulky items to a PO Box.

Delivering products from abroad is always free, however, your parcel may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or other taxes, depending on the laws of the country you live in. If you're not sure whether you will be charged any taxes, please contact your country's customs service information bureau.

No, not all products that are stocked in a gamxcite store are visible on the website. We’re constantly adding to our online range, though, so please be sure to check back soon. To see the latest in-store offers, please browse our catalog.

When shopping online with us, you can pay by credit card (Bankcard, Amex, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, WISH gift cards, Afterpay or Zip.

Unfortunately, we have no way of changing a payment method on an existing order. The order would need to be canceled and a new order placed with the change of payment method.

We estimate it will take approximately 2 business days from the time your order was placed. During busy periods this processing time may be extended. As soon as you notice this error, please contact us. We are able to change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched.

When you place an online order and nominate Pick up as the delivery option at your nominated gamxcite store, the store will pick your order and notify you when it is ready to be collected. Please wait until you have received notification that your order is ready to collect before visiting the store.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations games must be in their original packaging and still be sealed. Consoles may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used). Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, controllers etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
